Hello Travelers/Foodies/Everyone,
We all want to Travel to the best places, stay in the best hotels, eat the best food and have good experiences. We are sharing how we handled our hunger pangs in budget on our recent trip π
We spent approx. $15 on each meal per person and around $10 per person on snacks like pop-corns, chips, bars etc. which totals to around $60 per day per person
Let’s talk about how we did that:
1) We tend to ignore small leaks in our pockets. Planning can go long way, travel with healthy snacks options like low sodium pop-corns/chips, healthy meal bars, etc.

2) Book a hotel which provides complimentary breakfast. This will help you save between $8 to $15. It will reduce the stress of choosing what to eat and where to go

3) Eat a normal meal at places like Poke bowl, Subway, Chiptole, Taco-bell or any other place where you can get a meal for around $10.

4) This could be dinner or lunch depending on which was the meal you had in point 2. Since you have spent only $8 to $15 in entire day and you are carrying your snacks you are left with around $40 which is good enough for eating at any exquisite/upscale restaurant.

Great content for the first blog . Food expenses can really affect your budget. These are small expenses which could add up huge if its a long vacation. Also if youβre a Chipotle or Starbucks fan you can join the rewards programs and take advantage of free drinks or free meal when you hit a certain limit
